What is the Assisting Program?
The Assisting Program is
one of more than 55 programs offered by Landmark that
are designed to empower people in fulfilling those
matters that are of interest or importance to them.
People who have completed The Landmark Forum are given
an opportunity to participate in other programs,
including The Landmark Assisting Program. Less than 5%
of the 180,000 people who do Landmark programs each year
choose to participate in the Assisting Program for the
personal value they derive from being trained more
extensively in the fundamental distinctions embodied in
Landmark’s programs.
What value do people get from
the Assisting Program?
The training they receive empowers them to be effective
in both their personal and professional lives,
specifically in the areas of communication, leadership,
project management, and contribution to the lives of
others. According to Market Data Enterprises, “top
experts in the personal development and coaching
industries got their start by participating in
Landmark’s programs.”
Could Landmark
function without the Assisting Program?
Yes, it is not an integral part of the company but
rather a valuable program that the company offers. The
people who assist make a huge difference in creating an
organizational ethos of commitment, contribution, and
integrity that enhances their own lives as well as
everything about Landmark.
